By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, modify or create derivative works of the Site's content without permission;
• use the Site or its tools for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• use automated means to scrape or overload the Site in a way that degrades service for others;
• generate invalid activity on the advertisements shown on the Site — for example repeated, automated or otherwise artificial clicks or impressions.

The Site provides landing pages for tools and bots (such as the AW Diversity Tool, MCOCHUB, Skull MCOC Bots and Skull Task Manager), some of which are hosted on separate subdomains or third-party platforms. These tools are provided for your convenience and may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time without notice.

The Site is free to use and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads, and Google or its partners select which ads you see — we do not choose, review or endorse individual advertisements, and their appearance on the Site is not a recommendation by us.

Any dealing you have with an advertiser — including visiting their site, buying a product or providing them with information — is solely between you and that advertiser. We are not a party to those dealings and are not responsible for them.

Advertising involves cookies and data collected by Google rather than by us; how that works, and how to control or refuse personalized ads, is set out in our Privacy Policy. You are free to use an ad blocker, but you must not tamper with, hide, relabel or artificially interact with the ad units themselves.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no responsibility or liability for any tracking, cookie use, profiling or data collection carried out by Google, its advertising partners or any other third party, in any country or region from which you access the Site. Those parties act independently and on their own terms, and any claim relating to their practices must be brought against them rather than us.

The Site and all content, tools and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insane Skull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, or from any advertisement or advertiser content displayed on the Site.

The Site may reference, link to, or display advertising for third-party products, services and trademarks. Marvel Contest of Champions and related names are trademarks of their respective owners; our tools are independent, fan or utility projects and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the design, branding and original content of the Site are the property of Insane Skull and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site, its tools or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If you access the Site from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protection you are entitled to as a consumer under the law of the country in which you reside.
